Woman's Club of Steubenville Scholarship

This scholarship is eligible to one student from Steubenville High School and one student from Steubenville Catholic Central High School.

Shirley Mitchell of the WCoS presented the 2010 winner from Steubenville High School, Shawn Crosier, with the scholarship award.

The Hugh O' Brien Youth (HOBY) Leadership Scholarship

Founded in 1958, HOBY's mission is to inspire and develop our global community of youth and volunteers to a life dedicated to leadership, service and innovation. HOBY programs are conducted annually throughout the United States, serving local and international high school students. This scholarship is awarded to one student at Steubenville High School for Leadership in their community.
